a brilliant team you have! I have been a customer for several years,
and have always rated VBC highly, in terms of quality and personal
service. However, during a recent incident, their help really made
a difference, and I wanted to record my thanks for the superb professionalism,
helpfulness and initiative of your centre.
Having been pick-pocketed in Spain last week, and only remembering
my own phone number, ( how sad is that?) I called them and they
not only found me numbers for my brother, the credit card companies,
and the mobile phone company, they also tried to help by cancelling
the phone itself, at my request, as I was stuck in a greedy foreign
phone box with a dodgy light. It really helped to know that they
were there and on my side. Amanda in particular, but helped by her
colleagues, all enabled me to regain a level of calm and provided
the info I needed.
The good news is that the crooks were unable to use the credit cards,
or the phone, as I was able to block them in time.
I very much appreciate their help, and will be happy to continue
to recommend your services."
